I can’t recommend Armadillo Dundee enough! The prices are fantastic, especially for students, and they offer some great deals. The units are spacious and the security is top-notch. What truly makes this place exceptional is the amazing staff. Bianca and Liam, in particular, were outstanding. Their friendliness and willingness to help went far beyond expectations. They made the move-out process seamless and stress-free, and their dedication and kindness truly made my experience memorable. If you’re looking for an excellent storage solution with a personal touch, Armadillo Dundee is the place to go!

Five out of five in every aspect - originally sent for a quote and received a call from Liam who was chatty and friendly even though we were a few weeks out from reserving he was kind and gave us some useful advice . I was also lucky to speak to Bianca on the phone who was again kind and thoughtful and answered all my questions . Finally on check in day we met Simon who was friendly and chatty too and explained the whole progress for us going forward . From the start these guys have made things easy and simple which is greatly needed when moving house! If you need storage in Dundee area - these guys are the ones to use!

I popped into the shop today to buy some packaging materials and was greeted by Simon and another colleague (in his first week on the job). Their customer service was fantastic and when I mentioned that I was about to tackle an issue with sending a buggy via courier service in a box that was a little too big, Simon went above and beyond and actually packaged it all up for me using the materials I had purchased. This included cutting the box I brought with me to size! His input saved me so much time and hassle and was completely unexpected. Great service!

Amazing customer service!! Simon and Bianca are amazing and so nice, helped with everything and got us exactly what we needed. 10/10 service and the place is so nice with trolleys available to help move your stuff in. Would recommend 100%

Simon at the reception was very helpful with a kind manner and explained everything to make sure it was a easy and smooth process and answered all the questions I asked with all the information I needed. Would definitely use again and recommend to others too.
