Incredible, personal customer service. I never expected to get such a great service from a storage unit company. Brian answered all our questions and helped us at our first visit to ensure we were using everything properly. His communication was great and quick replies every time. He helped us out with a larger unit when we needed and the cost was incredible value for money. It's made the house move so much less stressful. Also, the centre is exceptionally clean and well looked after.

The storage unit was incredibly helpful when moving to Aberdeen. The app and the opening times make it so you don't have to stress about moving things around as quick as possible and the manager Brian was very helpful and quick to answer any queries.

I have found Storage Den in Aberdeen to be an excellent facility. The units are clean, secure, and the app-based entry system is incredibly easy to use and install. The customer service is top-notch as well. The manager, Brian, has been extremely helpful and typically responds to queries and requests within 15 to 30 minutes. Additionally, the location at Bridge of Don Industrial Estate is very convenient. I highly recommend Storage Den for anyone needing reliable and secure storage in Aberdeen.

It is a lovely storage place. Very easy access. The customer service team is fantastic and on it. The price is comparable to what you will get around. I had a good experience using the storage space.
