Great service from Brian and Storage Den - facility is local, secure, exceptionally clean and well priced. I was able to add additional storage very easily when required to help with a house move too. A reliable app for access made use even easier. Brian was great to deal with and answered any questions I had - thanks for the help and great customer service!

Excellent facility. Unmanned, with a great and really easy to use App which allows entry through the main gates and then activates the pedestrian access and roller doors to the side and back - which means that all units inside are accessible with only a short walk to them. Place is spotlessly clean. Brian could not be more helpful and seems to always be available to reply to texts or calls. Highly recommended.

Incredible, personal customer service. I never expected to get such a great service from a storage unit company. Brian answered all our questions and helped us at our first visit to ensure we were using everything properly. His communication was great and quick replies every time. He helped us out with a larger unit when we needed and the cost was incredible value for money. It's made the house move so much less stressful. Also, the centre is exceptionally clean and well looked after.

I was very impressed with the facility and support provided. Would be happy to use again and recommend Storage Den to anybody who needs the service.
