Amazing customer services, The team in Aldershot help locate a spacious unit a year ago for my salon equipment. When I moved out, the lovely 🥰 team managed to secure me a smaller unit. I would definitely recommend Shurgard as the best priced storage units in Hampshire. A very Happy customer 😃

Was supposed to move but unfortunately it never happened so we ran over to lock and store to see if we could get a store room for our things. We were told of our options and we got a really good deal. The lovely lady with long brown hair and glasses who served us (unfortunately we didn't catch her name) was really kind and patient explained everything in full. Showed us where to go and helped us out with a padlock too. We didn't think of that either. Quick and easy process. Would give 5 stars.

Carol was extremely helpful as we had forgotten to remove the locks from our units when we emptied them. She sorted it all out for us as we only realised after we have paid another month's fees and sorted out us a refund. Excellent customer service from her, as always! She is the main lady we saw whenever we were there, she was always so friendly, polite and helpful! We would definitely recommend and would use Shurgard again of we needed to.

We moved our stuff in on Sunday which started with the van rental. Carol was there to check us in and show me the van which was effortless and worked so well. Once we had collected our items Carol showed us our unit and having the amount of trolleys on hand made light work of getting all our things up and safely stored. The customer service when I popped in before hand and from Carol was as so good and just made everything so easy. Would highly recommend this company and happy with my choice.
