I’m a first time customer for a storage. Staff here is awesome, very friendly and explains every step of the way nicely. Feels like my own place when I use the storage. Everything is clear, good parking spaces, working lifts and clearly marked signs. So easy to use and very affordable prices.

I hadn’t used a storage facility before, but I can highly recommend the Aylesbury branch. The customer service was friendly, professional, and immediately put me at ease. Neville explained everything clearly and walked me through the whole process. Thanks also to Tristan for his help with the setup - a great team!

The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The facility is well organised, secure and very clean. It is clear that they take good care of the place. Would recommend to anyone looking for reliable household storage. Neville is a star and helped with all the documentation and onboarding.

Due to moving house we needed a local storage facility and I'm so glad we picked StorageMart. From initial enquiry to ongoing use of the facility Neville, Philip and the rest of their team have been exceptional! The staff and other customers are incredibly friendly and the site is very safe and secure.
Having never used a storage facility, Neville explained everything clearly and in precise detail, giving us a full run through of how to access and use the unit.
Having booked a unit without discussing it with my wife, Neville went above and beyond to change our booking to a bigger unit including explaining the change in cost etc. without hesitation.
Highly recommend and wish I could score 10 stars!!
