Access Self Storage Basingstoke

I just signed up for a unit at Access Storage in Basingstoke, and I’m really impressed with the whole experience. Brian was fantastic—he made the process so easy and answered all my questions with great professionalism. I really like the security and flexibility they offer, which gave me peace of mind right away. The different space options available meant I could choose exactly what I needed, and the whole facility is clean, secure, and very well managed. I highly recommend Access Storage and Brian for his excellent customer service!

The sales process and the team are marvellous... but let down by the refund process which is unnecessary complex and outdated. Please just refund the overpayment to my card... Access making me claim it through a bank with multiple new passwords authentication and setup is just bonkers and turned a good experience into a frustrating one.
