Storage King - Bath

The best experience I’ve had at any storage facility, and worth writing a review about. A huge thank you to Sharon and Jane for their exceptional service and for going out of their way to help us. The entire process has been seamless from the start. The units are clean and secure and the app has been really convenient and reliable for easy access. Couldn’t ask for a better service or more professional staff.

MI can’t say enough good things about Sharon and Jane at Bath Storage King! They have been absolutely amazing—so helpful, patient, and reassuring, answering all my questions with care. I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before writing this review to get a real sense of the place, and now that I have, I’m genuinely impressed. The professionalism of the team and the seamless technology make everything run smoothly. I feel confident that my belongings are safe and secure, and I know I can easily access them whenever I need to. A+!

Jane at storage king Bath was really helpful. She took time to help us download the app and to show us to our storage unit. we are very happy with the security and there is plenty of space to unload onto trolleys. I needed extra storage space urgently, so had a look online at the StorageKing price options, reserved online and got a call from their office at the Bath store who went through everything I needed to bring, how long it would take, and when they closed. Jane greeted me when I got there, very friendly and went through all my questions, showed me the unit, made sure it suited my needs and the app was all setup and working correctly. She's an incredible asset to the team. All in it took less than an hour from first walking in, to leaving with a locked storage unit full of my boxes. Unlike other nearby facilities, you can access your stuff out of hours, including Sundays. It's a clean modern facility and has super friendly staff. Can't recommend it enough.

Jane at Storage King in Bath Weston Retail Park helped me more than anyone in customer services anywhere, ever. She truly went above and beyond: I had an overseas shipment arriving, a family health crisis, and was trying to exchange on a house purchase all at the same time …. Jane just took the initiative and had some really sensible suggestions; she flipped units around when we ran out of space, managed the shipping packers, and re-issued all the paperwork - all without batting an eyelid. She’s approachable, knows the business inside out, smart as anything and super calm. I literally couldn’t have got through that day without her. Thank you Jane 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
