Storage King - Bath

Sharon was fabulous in helping us get a storage unit that suited our needs. She called to check we were getting the right thing after getting an initial email quote, then made a follow up call (without being pushy) a few days later. When we finally made our choice, we went to see the unit and she talked us through the easy steps to apply and also showed us how simple the app is to access our unit whenever we need to. Both Sharon and her co-manager (?Steve) were helpful, professional and friendly. And the facility is super clean, easy to access and secure! Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Storage King Bath highly enough! From start to finish, Sharon and Jane have been absolutely exceptional. I recently got a storage unit with them, and when I had a container delivery that turned into a bit of a logistical mess, they went above and beyond to help me. Not only were they incredibly kind and understanding, but they even allowed me to use an empty storage unit for free for a few days to store nine pallets that were awaiting collection. Their flexibility, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier to manage. Wow! I didn't think storage could be such a great experience! The high tech StorageKing in Bath was a lifesaver when I needed urgent, clean and safe storage for my belongings when I sold my flat. The very helpful staff walked me through the facility and I was so impressed with the levels of security and the clever app. Even the basics like trolley usage and smooth floors made it all so effortless.
