Highly recommend. Great experience from the start and onwards. Friendly, informative , knowledgeable, efficient people (Jane & Sharon). Made the contracting really easy along with how to use the store. Great app that makes access super easy. Well run, clean facility.

Sharon was fabulous in helping us get a storage unit that suited our needs. She called to check we were getting the right thing after getting an initial email quote, then made a follow up call (without being pushy) a few days later. When we finally made our choice, we went to see the unit and she talked us through the easy steps to apply and also showed us how simple the app is to access our unit whenever we need to. Both Sharon and her co-manager (?Steve) were helpful, professional and friendly. And the facility is super clean, easy to access and secure! Highly recommend!
