Access Self Storage - Birmingham Central

Julian served me when i visited the branch in Birmingham and to be honest, it was delightful. He was very well mannered, and went to the extent of even showing us our very storeroom. He deserves promotion!

There were a few entrances and good security, and it was easy to access the building, and it was clean. All the staff were helpful, especially the lady who was due to have her baby. The storage unit we purchased was 35 sq ft, which was enough. It was discounted from £150 to £75 for the first 2 months but must get the insurance of £25 The only thing was it didn't open until 9 and shut at 6, so I had to travel during rush hour and wait until it opened.

Mike has been very helpful, accessible and very friendly. He provided excellent communication and information regarding the storage unit. Located very close to the city centre and has a wide range of storage sizes , suitable for all. Definitely recommend for keeping storage!

I would highly recommend Access storage with their excellent communication from my first call to moving in. The staff have been very professionally, helpful and accommodating, deserving 5 stars. Facility is competitive in price in comparison to other Birmingham options sourced. They have a simple and useful App which Julian patiently helped me to get accustomed to, on top of his valuable customer service with extra support on my late arrival into closing time. Facility is great, clean and secure. Thank you Julian, also for the recommended Removal team who were such a blessing with my daunting move.
