Access Self Storage - Erdington

Quick and easy check in process, Craig explained everything in detail and took the time to show me to the storage unit. The facility is clean and well signposted and it did exactly what I needed it too. Only improvements would be to have more trolleys readily accessible as I had to hunt one down, along with the opening hours. Only being open until 6pm in the week is not ideal. If it was 8pm it would help massively help as currently I would have to finish work early to go there in the week.

Great service from the guys in branch. Moving and storage was made so easy, great location with easy access. Very good prices for storage. Highly recommended this branch for all storage needs.

Visited on an early Saturday morning, asked Craig about what would be a suitable size storage unit and was offfered a tour to see the different sizes. The one they suggested was perfect and conveniently close to the car Will return next time I need storage

It's a storage unit and I've had no issues with what it's set out to do, it does the job and that's all you can ask for so I appreciate the work on behalf of all the staff and the facilities that are offered I do find a few things annoying but those are my personal grievences and doesn't reflect the standard of service I've had so far But like with anything there is things that I feel would be better improved. Like some card or number for members should be mandatory to enter as sometimes I'm not sure if security if being maintained to a proper standard. I feel like me just being able to turn up and walk in seems a little unsecure I'd prefer later hours as I work full time during the week and never get around to anything until the weekend if I have the energy left. But I guess I can look at other places for that. Other then that it's just the fact the text you get for an price update doesn't match the price you pay plus tax and contents insurance etc. so it gets a little confusing to keep track of unless your questioning everything after you have left your storage for a year or so

I used Access Self Storage in Erdington over 20 years ago and have recently had the need to use the facility again. I cannot fault the customer service, Craig was really helpful and made the process so easy. Still a 5 star customer service, highly recommended
