Access Self Storage - Erdington

I needed to book a storage place fairly past minute and after a day of comparing prices I decided Access would be the best for me. I was able to move my stuff in on the same day and Craig was very friendly and quick at getting the paperwork sorted, our unit was just the right size for what we needed (in fact it was much taller than I expected) and you can pull right up to the shutters which makes moving stuff in very easy! No complaints at all!

We spent the morning phoning around various storage places. We came across Access self Storage and spoke to Adrian. He was so helpful and kind we decided to store our belongings with Access. I can't over emphasise how helpful, knowledgeable and effortless it was from phone-call to signing up the. We are extremely happy with the price and the storage accommodation. The staff are second to none when it comes to customer service. I can fully recommend Access Erdington. The place is spotless, smells good, well kept ventilated and clean. Thanks Adrian and Craig! I even got a lollypop after my strenuous moving 😊

Easily accessible storage unit in erdington, huge carpark, nice clean units. Fantastic sales team: Craig, Liam and Adrian the manager were extremely helpful and very friendly. Liam was very efficient and price matched our unit cost within 30mins of us deciding to book! Excellent, professional service. Would definitely recommend and use again in future.

Been with Access Storage Erdington for almost a year. The staff have been nothing but absolutely amazing and helpful. Getting stuff in and out has been easy with plenty of trollies and big loading bays. Couldn't recommend a better storage unit honestly! Absolutely pleased with my time here. Massive thanks to Liam also, he really helped me out on my last day!
