I spoke with Karen on the phone to arrange storage for my business and from when i spoke with her on the phone to coming in everything was supurb, the other office staff are extremly helpfull no matter what enquiry i have! Julian, Fam, Aniel and Karen are a credit to the business and very approachable. Needed a bigger storage and the team was straight on the case with no issues! Credit to the business and 5***** highly reccommend 💯💯💯 keep up the good work - THE A TEAM !!!

Could not recommend this place enough - the staff really go above and beyond! They kindly let us stay a bit later so we could put all our stuff in when we moved in to the unit. They thoroughly explained how everything works and are always on hand to answer questions. The facilities are also great and the app is easy to use.

We had a tight deadline to clear a rented apartment after the loss of a family member. Access self storage offered a solution. The cost of one of their units was better than paying another month's rent. It was easy to get information from the firm by phone. Verification of ID for booking is thorough, rightly, to ensure safety and security, but the procedure was handled in a friendly way by the booking officer on duty, Julian. Stars for Julian too for drawing our attention to the need to comply with opening and closing time. We had to negotiate a few trunk roads, with possible delays and diversions, so we paid the extra charge for access outside of their normal opening hours. Just ended our temporary storage. All professionally done. A lady dealing with her storage requirement was quick to agree with me that Access Self Storage in Selly Oak is an essential service, especially so for those of us with homes empty of bedrooms-occupants, but still full of hoarded things from childhood. I learned that one way to persuade your grown-up children who have homes of their own, to collect their hoarded things in mum and dad's home, is to bag the items and put them in storage. Great idea.
