Excellent customer care.
I have been with access self storage in selly oak for a year now and have always received outstanding customer service. When I go to my storage unit I am always greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome, if there is anything I ever need the team are always on hand to accommodate me.

Fantastic helpful & friendly staff, great security, and you can drive right in so that your stuff won't get wet in bad weather. And my removal men loved how easy it was to drive in and unload! Highly recommend if you need storage.

Great space, friendly and helpful staff, very clean toilets - that’s always a plus for me in public spaces & a rare find 😂 Julian and staff on site went the extra mile when I needed some additional support on site, it’s much appreciated. LOVE the fact that I can drive right up to the unit. Game changer. Recommended
