First time being in this branch and I must say the staff were absolutely amazing. The service was great and I must say Luke Nisbet was so polite and professional, any changes we wanted to make he was able to do for us. Would definitely recommend!! And I must say Luke makes a mean cuppa☺️☺️☺️

Luke n and Luke m were both so helpful. Really kind and welcoming and willing to explain if I misunderstood anything. Helped me and a friend to the stairs as she can’t use the lift which was super kind. Also helped me sort out a payment that wasn’t entirely correct. When we arrived Luke was super friendly and the place was clean. I felt comfortable and he went through the form with me so I understood. Place is clean and well organised and I always feel safe here so definitely a place your belongings are safe too. Thanks :)

It was really a great experience at big yellow self storage. Very professional and friendly staff especially, Mr.Luke Nisbet who guided us through the whole process. He has a good sense of humour and clarified all our doubts and queries patiently.
I really do recommend this place for great space at reasonable price ..

Luke was an incredible help to my mom and I. He’s very considerate and understanding and even worked over time to help us get things done. Working with his was very easy and quick. I appreciate how selfless he was!
