I’ve had my storage unit with them for 3+ years. The staff, each and everyone of them, has been so brilliant and helpful. The prices are amazing compared to all of the big branded storage units and honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. They have been amazing and my things have been so safe. I 100% suggest you using them if you’re in and around Birmingham!

Super helpfull and friendly staff with competative prices. They were very understanding when I had to extend my storage for a few days last minute. I recommend them without any hesitation.

Great and helpful staff. Called last minute to book a storage unit. Marcus was helpful checking which unit was available for the size I needed and called me back to advise.
Move in day, Richard explained the process, showed me my locker and also how to use the loading lift.
Move out day, Marcus ran through how everything works, even got money back from mid billing cycle.
Both Richard and Marcus are super helpful.
They exceeding my expectations, organisation has a very family feel, would highly recommend
