Has a brilliant experience with the Wessex way safestore team for my daughter’s student storage over the summer time. Rosie & Bruno have both been superb. Every step explained throughly to me. The site is very well maintained so ideal for students or house moves. Can’t thank these guys enough , I’ve Recommend to so many already!

I had a brilliant experience when I was first enquiring, Cody was so helpful and knowledgeable and talked me through all of my options and then even stayed late the day I was moving my stuff in because the van broke down on the way! Me and my mum went and put all my uni stuff in storage for over the summer. Cody was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable, it made the experience very smooth and stressless. We rang worried about the lock but they had locks there to choose from which was helpful as they gave great advice, such as since I’m sharing the unit with a friend to get a lock with a code instead one with a key! They showed us to our unit and explained how to use the lift and what to do next time we come, absolutely fabulous! Will be storing with them again next year :)

I had the pleasure of dealing with Bruno Clay at the westbourne branch. Bruno is an asset to your company, from telephone calls to showing me around the units. Polite,professional and excellent communication skills. I will be strongly recommending Safestore to my fellow colleagues in the property business.
