Service is great, received assistance from Emma who helped me figure out which storage unit was best for me as it was my first time. I would say prices keep fluctuating on the higher end since I’ve gotten my unit so you can’t budget with this company. Looks like my first and last time using them.

Incredible service, value for money and so easy to use. Emma on the desk is just wonderful; very helpful, welcoming and personable , explained all our options very well clearly and just made the whole experience a very positive one. Would recommend.

We had the best help from a lovely Lady called Emma on the 3rd FEB 2026. Honestly helped us find a new unit at the hyde. She was soo accommodating. Even gave us water when the heavy lifting got us partched! So friendly and made us laugh 😃
