We had the best help from a lovely Lady called Emma on the 3rd FEB 2026. Honestly helped us find a new unit at the hyde. She was soo accommodating. Even gave us water when the heavy lifting got us partched! So friendly and made us laugh 😃

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Emma at StorageMart in Bevendean Brighton. We were having a real nightmare, but Emma spent over an hour and a half sorting everything out for us. We couldn't have done this without her, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Emma, you were brilliant!! Would definitely recommend this place.

Needed storage for a couple of months and decided to enquire at StorageMart The Hyde, Bevendean. Served by Emma who was happy to show me the different types of units and sizes available and was very clear with everything I needed to know with access times and billing etc. Definitely would recommend this place over others I’ve used in the past 100%. Great service.

After making my initial enquiry online, I spoke to Emma who very kindly took the time to show me the inside of several different storage units, just to help me visualise what size I needed for my stuff. Emma was very patient and helpful and I was happy with the price for the storage unit. After a few bits and pieces of admin, I was able to move in right away.
Very friendly and efficient service from Emma and when I have been back and forth from my new unit, I am always greeted by a friendly smile. 😁
