Easy and straightforward experience. The staff were so helpful and explained everything in great detail so it was smooth sailing from there. The staff, Faisal, and this lovely lady helped so much and made the process very easy.

Service is good overall, however, I was allocated a space upstairs instead of ground floor and this was not indicated as I booked. Although Extra payments were asked for easier access etc but should have indicated that if this was for ground floor access, so not really happy with how the system works but overall experience is okay.
