Service is good overall, however, I was allocated a space upstairs instead of ground floor and this was not indicated as I booked. Although Extra payments were asked for easier access etc but should have indicated that if this was for ground floor access, so not really happy with how the system works but overall experience is okay.

My experience of Storage Mart has always been positive, especially the staff, always very helpful (Brighton Hollingbury). Storage costs I have found competitive especially if you can get a special offer. The only thing that is not great is their unit insurance costs, one month of theirs is a years cost with a specialist insurance company. Overall recommended.
