I have been using StorageMart Brighton for several years, and the service has been consistently excellent. A special thank you to Geoff, who has always gone above and beyond to help. Geoff is incredibly professional, friendly, and reliable. Over the years he has always been supportive, accommodating, and willing to find solutions whenever I needed assistance. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customers and provides such consistent service. The facility is well managed, secure, and clean, but what truly makes the difference is the people especially Geoff. His dedication and kindness have made every interaction easy and pleasant. Hi - visited Stirage Mart to get information about size, pricing etc and Simon on reception was absolutely brilliant. He explained everything to me and because i was worroed I might need a larger unit assured me that if my stuff wouldnt all go in the one I'd ordered then i could upgrade on the day. He calmed my jitters and lrft me feeling quietly assured. Very professional, helpful and friendly, Simon is the perfect guy to have face to face interactions with customers as hes so good with us. We have used StorageMart at Freshfield Business Park in Brighton for several years and have always been very impressed by the customer service provided by Geoff and Simon, who are friendly, professional and always happy to help. Dealing with paperwork and emails, upgrading to a bigger unit and navigating other admin/payment queries… everything has always been easy thanks to them. Would highly recommend!
