Absolutely amazing service and experience at Storagemart Freshfield. Rented a unit for 2 years at a very reasonable price. Convenient access and never had problems parking or loading. Always amazing personal service when needed - Simon always remembers us by name. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Hi - visited Stirage Mart to get information about size, pricing etc and Simon on reception was absolutely brilliant. He explained everything to me and because i was worroed I might need a larger unit assured me that if my stuff wouldnt all go in the one I'd ordered then i could upgrade on the day. He calmed my jitters and lrft me feeling quietly assured. Very professional, helpful and friendly, Simon is the perfect guy to have face to face interactions with customers as hes so good with us. I've not used storage before, but started using this storage facility in Kempton, Brighton, in February this year, and it's turned out to be a great decision. There were cheaper options further out of town, but proximity to home was important to me. The facility is well lit which is reassuring as I tend to use it by myself. The key factor that makes me write a review, however, is the facilities' manager, Geoff. I have found every interaction with him to be helpful and professional - he doesn't come across as "salesy", he just made the experience feel very easy and accessible. For example, he called me back when he missed a call from me, even though I'd not been able to leave a message. As another example, he talked me through the differing fees on the invoice, explaining different ways to use the facility, arrange insurance, and set up a direct debit to avoid missing payments. Geoff's an asset to the business.

Went into get a couple of storage boxes, such a nice and helpful lad at the front desk. He measure out them boxes for me to provide accurate dimensions. Very friendly staff here
