Can’t remember the gentlemen’s names but both the wellington store manager and his assistant were absolutely brilliant in assisting me today. Initially I thought the closure of my unit would become an unexpected nightmare for me due to mistakes made by both sides but they came up with a quick resolution and all was resolved in under an hour. Fantastic customer service! Would highly recommend the store and their staff.

Kiain and rob were super accomodating when i need to access a friend's storage space. I didnt need it in the end - but only made that decision last minute and they were very understanding and helped me out all the way. REally appreciated their flex and undertanding - at a very stressful time too! thanks team

From the moment I made enquiries the manager, Conall was extremely helpful, patient and accommodating. On arrival day he took great pains to explain things in patient detail, answer my mountain of questions intelligently and with an impressive level of understanding and even help me practically in getting my objects in storage. Conall is a great credit to Storage Mart, an amazing young manager and my choice of choosing this company above their competition is largely down to him. Sensational.
