I been using their services for about 5 years now and they are amazing!!! Tom is the new Manager and he went the extra mile to help us moving from one unit to another as we were downsizing. He is very knowledgeable, friendly yet professional and it was a total pleasure to meet him. He made all the process so much pleasant and help me and my daughter all my way. They have the most amazing staff, is so many units to chose from, the place is dry, clean and they have everything to make the moving in and out easy as possible. Is an amazing area and plenty parking as well. I can’t fault them at all. Always excellent customer service and that is very hard to find this days. Tom and the team, we are very grateful for your help and support through the years and keep of the excellent work you all do. If you are looking for a reliable, safe and professional place to store your items, they are the one to go to. I highly recommend their services as their prices are competent too and I wouldn’t use any other company out there. Thanks everyone

I had a great experience with Access Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service. Geet and Dom were absolutely fantastic, super easy to communicate with, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. They made everything simple and stress-free and answered any questions I had. It’s rare to find such approachable and supportive staff. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable storage and top-notch service! especially if you are a student!

Good value for price. Units are clean and easy to get to. Staff friendly and helped us a lot. Dom is amazing and made our experience really smooth even with our time crunch. Would recommend getting there an hour before close at minimum. 10/10
