Really great service, called the office in need of a unit short notice and the customer service/efficiency was great. Had unexpected complications with moving in paperwork but it was dealt with amazingly. Dom couldn’t have been more helpful, he went above and beyond to solve the issues. Big thanks for making the process as smooth and stress free as possible.

Great customer service! Dom was excellent, he showed me around a few lockers as the first one didnt suit my needs, got me moved in. I had issues with my app and he sorted it right away for me! He even had time to console a crying customer and made sure she was okay. Dom is a superstar and seems like a great asset to the team!
