I been using their services for about 5 years now and they are amazing!!! Tom is the new Manager and he went the extra mile to help us moving from one unit to another as we were downsizing. He is very knowledgeable, friendly yet professional and it was a total pleasure to meet him. He made all the process so much pleasant and help me and my daughter all my way. They have the most amazing staff, is so many units to chose from, the place is dry, clean and they have everything to make the moving in and out easy as possible. Is an amazing area and plenty parking as well. I can’t fault them at all. Always excellent customer service and that is very hard to find this days. Tom and the team, we are very grateful for your help and support through the years and keep of the excellent work you all do. If you are looking for a reliable, safe and professional place to store your items, they are the one to go to. I highly recommend their services as their prices are competent too and I wouldn’t use any other company out there. Thanks everyone

I’ve had a great experience at this self-storage facility! The units are clean, secure, and easy to access, and the prices are very reasonable. I especially want to give a shoutout to Dom, the assistant manager—he was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. A really top class service. Moing house is never an easy experience especially when movinga lot into storage. The team at Access Storage couldn't have been more helpful especially when we needed further support late on in the day. Big thanks to the store manager Tom who made it all a really smooth experience. Would highly recommend their service.

First time using a storage unit. The store manager Tom was great and explained every detail before showing us to our unit. We used the unit constantly over 5 months and had no issues. When we were finished with the unit it was Tom again who talked us through the the partial month refund. Would recommend and definitely use again in the future.

Tom was very friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything about the facility in detail. His sense of humor made the experience enjoyable, and the induction process was smooth and informative. Overall, I am a happy customer!
