Shurgard Self Storage - Bristol

Used previously when they were Lok n store and I have to say the security and access is very much improved for the better. Paige was very helpful when I popped in to get my ID verified and then helped us set up the app and show how to use on both my phone and my daughters. My husband then decided he did want to use the app as well so we popped back in and Nikki very kindly set this up. Very friendly and helpful staff as always and would not hesitate to recommend the Longwell Green branch!

Paige couldn’t have been more helpful. I arrived just before closing on Tuesday but she very kindly stayed late to sort out my contract and show me the storage space. The space was clean and easy to access, and there were trolleys and lifts to help with the unpacking. A very secure space and the out of hours access is a huge bonus. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Nikki did a great job of showing me around the facility and made me feel secure in the knowledge that my belongings would be in a very safe place. She has been extremely helpful since booking my unit too. The storage facility is clean and modern with extremely secure access and good opening hours. Very happy!

From the time I arranged storage with Shurguard Longwell Green, I had a call from Paige to welcome me and check if I had any questions and we made arrangements for me to come in the the following day where Nikki went through everything in detail. This is customer service to the highest level. Throughout the time I was there both Paige and Nikki were totally amazing, always helpful, always welcoming and friendly (even when I lost my keys) I cannot recommend them enough, other companies should take a leaf from their book when it comes to customer service which is world class.
