Shurgard Self Storage - Bristol

I was met by a lady named Nikki who was more than willing to help me as I have dealt with her and her team before previously as I was transferring from one unit to another Nikki was very accommodating and sat me through different options and prices before going to show me ones to help make up my mind. Experience was very pleasant and would highly recommend using this service for anyone who needs to free up storage at home or workplace.

Had great service from the team at Bristol site. They helped to lower my cost by recommending various solutions. Easy to change units. Nikki and Amy were especially helpful. Would give 5* but due to sudden big increase in price and I had to change unit to lower costs (2.5hrs to move my stuff) rather than lower cost of my current unit.

Such excellent service from Paige, the receptionist.She was so friendly and patient with us. Just rented my first storage unit for a house move and no idea what to do. She was amazing, showed us around to our unit, and even briefed us on what to do when we want to move out. She went above and beyond her to make sure i understood the information correctly. Such an pleasant and helpful lady. Will definitely recommend it.

Edited!! Had some great customer service which sorted the issues, big thanks to Paige and her manager (I'm so sorry, I've forgotten your name).for getting it sorted and hearing me out! Since getting bought out by Shurgard the prices have gone up, the service has gone down and the new app is absolutely shocking. Getting late fees every month because the app will not keep auto-pay live. Errors with every payment method. Looking to leave asap once I've managed to be able to feedback the terrible app design directly.

Rented a storge unit for 3 months. This proved really useful and good value. Access to the unit was simple and convenient. The staff have been consistently friendly and helpful. I would definitely use this facility again should the need arise. Thanks Nicki for your excellent service.
