Shurgard Self Storage - Bromborough

Very easy place to use and conveniently located. Dealt with two members of staff who were very friendly (Chris and Gary). When I explained my storage needs, they got the size spot on and got me onto a very reasonable deal. Recommended

Stored items from moving home here, staff are very helpful, nothing is too much trouble, the place itself is well presented, clean and modern (its only been here since end of 2024) Only thing that was a little tricky was at time of using, the opening hours for the build were the same as the office hours. As I was working full time in the week, it ment I only had the best part of an hour/ hour and a half before the place shut! If the building was accessible 24/7 then I would have given 5 stars!

Called Shurgard Bromborough to set up a storage unit, but ended up needing to cancel. Still, I was seriously impressed with the service. Holly and Chris were great — really friendly, clear with info, and didn’t make me feel awkward at all when I cancelled. Just genuinely helpful people who care about good service. If I ever need storage in the future, I’ll definitely be coming back here. Top-notch customer service!

I called to give notice for the storage unit we have in Swindon. Chris was very polite and helpful and told me exactly what I needed to do, without any pressure to keep it going. We would definitely recommend Shurgard for storage.

Shurgard have been excellent and just what we have needed. The unit’s themselves are clean and well kept and the option to upgrade or downsize at anytime is really helpful. The prices are competitive and the staff at the Brombrough store are incredible, they give you genuine advice on how to save on storage space and how to save on monthly prices. A big thanks to Chris, Matt and Gary at the store for all their help, they have made the entire process very easy. I definitely recommend this storage facility if you are in the Brombrough / Wirral area.
