Very happy with the great customer service received from Jed and Sophie at Big Yellow Self Storage Camberley. Jed was very accommodating explaining the process and giving his time to show us various sized storage units. The website was also excellent with very clear pricing. Based on the customer service, helpful staff, excellent facility, and extended hours approval which definitely helped our move, this is easily a five star service.

I had a very convenient moving and storage experience with the help of sonny. He was very patient in explaining every detail and made the best recommendations based on my actual situation! He even helped me recommend a reasonably priced moving company so that my move could go very smoothly! I will always recommend everyone to choose big yellow camberley as a private storage area! It must be much easier and more convenient than you think!

Amazing service from Sonny. Wish I had decided on extended storage access as times between 9am and 5.30pm were not ideal for me. Lovely and clean. Can't fault it.
