I’ve never used a storage unit before so this was a really lovely surprise. My son needed to use one in between moves. From the moment we met Will and his team until leaving yesterday , we enjoyed extremely helpful, friendly and excellent customer service. The units and all areas are spotlessly clean, all very accessible with trolleys and lifts and opening times. Excellent. This is what good customer service is all about! Thank you Will and team. We want to say how grateful our charity Maya’s Community Support Centre is for the opportunity of having storage space at Armadillo Self Storage in Canterbury! When they first contacted us we were surprised that we can have storage completely free! This gave us the opportunity to help more people by providing the necessary items for rough sleeping homeless people. In the store we keep things like sleeping bags, tents, duvets, warm clothing and tinned food for financially struggling families. We want to show special appreciation to Will, Lisa and Simon for supporting us and making the whole process of registering for storage smooth and easy! They have explained the whole process of storing items and accessing self storage in detail. This was really useful as we have never used self storage before and didn’t know exactly how it works. The Self storage Site is always clean and tidy , office desk is always occupied by staff members who are happy to help. Parking outside storage units makes it more convenient and easy to load and unload! Having lifts to access upper floors makes life much easier for our volunteers especially when we carry heavy goods. Location of the Canterbury Armadillo Self Storage is really convenient, being in the middle of Canterbury gives us more flexibility around delivering or collecting our supplies from the storage. Always friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the main reception area! Thank you for helping us help those in desperate need! We really appreciate our lovely Self Storage unit in Canterbury!

On the basis of my recent short-term storage experience, I would wholeheartedly recommend the Canterbury Armadillo storage facilities and, even more, their team, who really went the extra mile. Simon was very proactive in getting our custom and Will followed up in accommodating our needs. Our ground-floor storage unit was ample and clean, with easy access. Moving trolleys were freely available. Despite my initial misgivings, road access proved excellent - even for a very large lorry. Thank you, Armadillo!
