Perfect, just turned up on spec, asked if there was a space I could rent. Everything was explained in clear terms. Was shown exactly the perfect space. Everything I needed from packing boxes to a padlock for unit were available on site. Signed up online process, simple and fast. Competitive pricing, half price for first 8 weeks rent. Spotless place. Friendly knowledgeable staff, big thanks to Neil who helped me set this up. Can’t fault all very safe and secure .

I'm so grateful to Cardiff Big Yellow Storage, in particular James and Poppy. When I first rang up to enquire about renting a unit, James was honest, helpful and really put my concerns at ease. I knew this would be a safe place to store my items. The day I moved my items into the unit, Poppy was friendly and efficient, explaining everything clearly, making it really easy to sign in. Again I felt I'd made the right choice renting a unit here. Thank you very much indeed to you both.

Very friendly and helpful service, helped me with sorting a padlock and gaining access. Not the cheapest storage option, but with a special offer and a recommendation to size down once I can see exactly how much space I need, I'm happy overall

Useful secure storage space for hire. Useful carpark, trollies, lifts etc.
Just be careful of daleks. I'm sure there's at least one, behind one of those corners.
