Faultless transaction, the female Shurgard colleague was professional and informative from the outset. She explained the process calmly and with confidence, provided a tour of the facility, presented the available unit suitable for my needs. Assisted with etc uploading of the App and made the whole process easy. I left with total confidence and when visiting teh following day to unload, everything worked exactly how she said it would. If yo need storage, this is the place, friendly, polite, super clean, great facilities - just how it should be

Amazing service and managed to get the steps in which I had been delaying for a long time and now I’m starting gym thanks to Rob. We walked and talked, he has provided me with so much information and gave me a great space to store some of his stories. Thank you and appreciate the guidance. Rob is the main man and a Sarah was amazing. Really really happy.

Sarah is super friendly, welcoming and professional. She explained everything so clearly and when I needed to move my storage back by one week it was very easy. Robert is great and helped me immensely with a stressful situation on the day I was moving house - he went out of his way to help. A really nice facility clean and tidy modern and easy to use – Bluetooth technology to access is brilliant also.

Cardiff Shurgard was really good. No worries about leaving the contents of my house there. The only problems were the super hard sell before I signed up. Waiting for my house sale to go thro, they must have rung me 4 times a day giving me the hard sell. And then later access is via an app that doesn't work so you can only go when staff are there. I would use them again tho because my stuff was safe.

Great first experience with Shurgard. My only problem has been with the online ID check. Rob was really helpful and quickly sorted it out for me, showed me around and explained the security.
