The check-in at reception was great both chaps were absolutely lovely and very helpful, friendly and welcoming (sorry I didn’t take their names!)
This was a huge relief and I’m looking forward to using the facility I have booked now as seems like it will be pretty straightforward and now I know how friendly they are I won’t be worried about asking for help.
This takes some of the stress out of moving.

Used Big Yellow for a short-term unit between moves, and then for a long-term (approx 3 years) unit for things that wouldn't fit in our home. Both experiences were easy and straightforward. All of the staff I dealt with were helpful and pleasant, the units were easy to access and use, and the admin process was easy enough both to start and close out. Using storage isn't a fun or glamorous endeavour, so having a transparent and easy process was much appreciated!

John and Ellie are brilliant at Big Yellow. Always bringing in my parcels for me (even when I had 60 units delivered!). They are super friendly and willing to help if you need. The unit area is as clean as a whistle and very easy to access despite all the levels of security to keep everything safe! Thank you team Cheltenham. Meg

Just signed up. The process was quick and easy. On site, they showed me different storage options before I signed the agreement, so I could choose what suited me best. So far, all good.

Really clean and secure storage facility. Terry and Neil were helpful and friendly, and the whole process was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend!
