Very smooth experience, company called me multiple times to check if i was happy with the room size & i managed to get a great deal on a locker over summer. When i arrived, i was greeted by Jeff who was very polite and helpful, and explained everything very clearly. would definitely recommend to uni students leaving their items over the summer, saves multiple trips!

Outstanding Service at Big Yellow Chester
I don’t normally write reviews—but the team at Big Yellow Chester genuinely deserve the praise.
From start to finish, the customer experience was exceptional. Jeff and Jack went above and beyond to make the whole check-in process seamless. They were professional, patient, and incredibly helpful explaining everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable with every step.
You don’t often get this level of service. It felt like they genuinely cared about getting things right. If you’re looking for storage with zero hassle and top-tier support, this is the place.

On arriving at big yellow to sign and check firstly I was offered a cup of tea which was lovely after a 2and a half hour journey. Before finalising Jeff changed the room to one nearer the goods lift due to myself and my husband being disabled which was kind and showed us the room to make sure we were happy before signing. Check was straight forward and with friendly staff, what more could we ask for. Thank you Jeff!!!

Staff were extremely helpful. It was clean, easily accessible and they even sorted us out with another unit at very short notice! Wouldn’t hesitate to use again, thank you!!!
