The facility is really well looked after, secure, and easy to access, which has made everything straightforward for us. It’s clear that customer care is a real priority for them. Staff are absolutely brilliant and helpful. Parking is adequate. The two issues are that the price keeps going up. It went up from £64 to £92 in under two years. My other issue with this place was the lack of signage and constantly got lost in the corridors. Not talking about fire exits but signs for the lifts and normal stairs. Aside from these issues I found the place welcoming and staff very helpful as mentioned.
