Access Self Storage - Coventry

Great experience and customer service , I was booked in by Manny , very calm and straightforward in explaining the process. I was assisted by Steve with a great greeting at reception and help with the choice of padlock , great energy from the team . And lastly Rubina whom I contacted before I came to the office and provided a complete and simple break down of the services offered. 10/10 would use again the services and definitely recommend.

The customer service at this access storage has been absolutely amazing, even before reaching the actual site and from just being on the phone. Manny and Rabina who assisted me were very friendly and helpful. They were swift in terms of getting me my storage once I booked online, helped my removal men to deal with logistics of the unit before I actually arrived and assisted me, helping to understand how having my unit would work. They also made me laugh which I always a pleasant experience. I would really recommend them if you need something quickly, with short notice and are not sure how the logistics work. They even helped me last minute when I was a pain and needed to have access to my storage before the facility closed last night. And when I say they were about to close literally, 10 minutes before, they were so patient with me. USE THEM!

Reception staff were very helpful! I was able to get into the unit today and can now store my items away. Facilities are great with a large lift which is very useful and lots of stacking trolleys available! The site on the whole is pretty clean, and serves its purpose to my storage requirements!

I would like to sincerely commend Mr. Manish Patel and Ms. Holly at Access Self Storage for their excellent service. They were both incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout my experience. Their support made the whole process smooth and pleasant.
