Shurgard Self Storage - Crawley

I would highly recommend this storage unit decent price and rightness to the bus stop if transport is problematic. The sizes of units cater for all needs and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The needs of all customers are taken into account including those with accessibility needs. There is a slight lip to the main reception area BUT the loading bay is completely step free with no lips to impead wheelchair users. There is of course also a lift to assist access to the upper floor. The place is a bit maze like but there is plenty of signage to help you find your orange door and help you find the exit again. The facility is secure and extensively covered by CCTV bit in a way that doesn't interfere with your unit privacy. Seriously out of all the storage units in Crawley this is the one to choose

I contacted this facility via email whilst i was still in SA. Adam responded to my queries promptly and my stuff is now safely stored there after I landed at Gatwick today. They offer a friendly professional service. Im glad I chose them as its all been effortless. I can travel on with peace of mind. Thanks Adam and Shurgard Crawley!

Adam, what an absolute dude!!! man gave me a full in tour of the facility and was really talkative. really good experience!! the unit I rented was clean and exactly what I expected!! the facilities they have are really good too in terms of carts to help you move your stuff!! would recommend to anyone wanting storage

Enjoyed our time at Shurgard, Adam has always been a great help for us and great communication. We have sadly have to leave as our busy has taken on an in house storage unit. But we would happily return to Shurgard should he need additional storage
