Access Self Storage Derby

Using Access Self Storage in Derby made my house move so much easier and less stressful. Pete and the team were brilliant and always available to help. I would 100% be using again if I needed a self storage solution.

Very friendly staff and straightforward to get a unit arranged. I had a query on a payment and gave them a call. Otto was extremely helpful in dealing with my query. He had to investigate and promised to call me back after I spoke with him about my issue. He called me back within 5 minutes and was able to help beyond what I was expecting. I felt very valued as a customer and Otto's customer service was exceptional!

Very pleased with facility. Got to know Brian very well over a number of visits and he was fantastic, always friendly and professional- could answer any queries we had. A real credit to the company.

I would definately recommend access storage. The service is extremely good. I needed to use a storage unit for 5 months and the service i received was exceptional. I liased with Brian throughout my time with access storage. He was brilliant!! He explained everything to me clearly and i had no issue visiting my unit when i needed to. Brian talked me through the whole process and was very informative. He is an asset to the company. I was really happy customer overall and would definately use their service again.
