Armadillo Self Storage - Dundee

After getting my original storage unit in 2021 followed by multiple moves into different units at Armadillo, I finally fully emptied my unit and closed my account with Armadillo on Friday 15th November 2024. My last unit change was from a small room to a locker which was made very easy with Bianca. Bianca's help and support throughout the move was incredible and it was made significantly easier because pf the time and effort she put into explaining everything. When emptying the locker on 15/11/2024 Liam was equally as helpful and made the process of emptying the locker and closing my account a lot easier too. Liam's help with giving the correct information and the due diligence he performed when looking into my account, to find out that I no longer owed anything and instead Armadillo owed me money was beyond helpful. I cannot thank the staff at Armadillo Dundee enough for their ongoing help, support and clarity throughout the last (almost) four years. I will always recommend Armadillo Storage Dundee because of their support, clarity, integrity and the overall customer service. They make sure that their customers are always informed and kept up to date. Their patience, where payments are due is amazing and I cannot recommend this company more. If I ever have to get a storage again, despite living in Perth, I will always use Armadillo in Dundee - because Bianca and Liam are really sweet and helpful. Thank you so much for all of your years of help and patience.

Liam and Simon have been absolute gems! Super welcoming and always happy to help. Liam called me straight away when I was looking into quotes for storage, he got me the best deal, talked through everything clearly with me and made the booking process a breeze, he also showed me around to help me make sure I had the right size room. Simon checked me in on move-in day and was incredibly patient and attentive, even offering to help us secure on screws that kept falling out of my furniture! Both have continued to go above and beyond to provide an incredible service, setting me at ease at a particularly stressful time. I would 100% recommend Armadillo, they have the best rates in Dundee, great facilities and super helpful staff. I only wish I could access the facilities later than 5:30, but do appreciate the added security of a lockable gate!

In preparations for an upcoming repair in our house, we organised a storage unit through Simon who was honestly perfect to deal with. The service was fantastic and I cannot rate themselves highly enough. I rarely write reviews for companies these days but on this occasion I felt it was more than deserving of all the stars and praise. Nothing but appreciation and thanks for making a stressful time, far less stressful overall.
