I just want to say a huge thank you to Shane who stayed open well past closing time and helped us unpack an entire Luton van of stuff. We got stuck on the M25 due to a lorry fire and as stressful as it was, Shane was an absolute star and took the pressure off what was already an incredibly busy and tiering day. Kindness at its best. I was served by Rav who was very polite and friendly explained and showed me everything needed, offered glass of cold water on a hot day that helps . Prices very cheap much cheaper than I was paying at shurgard who were taking advantage of my housing situation very cunning . So I would recommend access storage at anytime. Thanks to Rav and his colleagues.
