Big Yellow Self Storage - Edinburgh

Super nice and helpful staff! I was stuck in traffic and arrived shortly before closing time, but Gill was relaxed and calm and I managed to get everything stored quickly. The facilities are excellent. I can highly recommend it. Easy to reach by bus as well.

I have had a wonderful experience with Big Yellow Self Storage - not only has the price been reasonable but the service and professionalism has been great. I appreciate the flexible start of renting my space, as I was not sure when I would be completing my move, and the team I spoke to on the phone was always pleasant. I also met Gill in person, who was not only incredibly kind but also very professional - walking me through every element of the storage agreement and made the experience very pleasant. The facility itself is also exceptional with great access and security. Overall I cannot recommend Big Yellow Edinburgh enough!

They may not be the cheapest. I personally used it for 2 months during my relocation. I don’t store much stuff and service counter helped to find the cheapest option for my needs, which is a big locker. The overall from facility to process is very designed. They would refund if any overpaid direct debit due to payment cycle and your actual rental end date requested. Good.

Our first time using Big Yellow and we were very pleased with how it went. Gill was very helpful and informative when we arrived to drop off our possessions. We used it for three weeks and the price was very good. Very clean and tidy storage spaces. Overall would highly recommend.
