This is the second time I have used this storage facility. First class!! The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough to help you out.
The facilities are clean, bright and secure. Honestly cannot recommend them enough.

I have had a wonderful experience with Big Yellow Self Storage - not only has the price been reasonable but the service and professionalism has been great.
I appreciate the flexible start of renting my space, as I was not sure when I would be completing my move, and the team I spoke to on the phone was always pleasant.
I also met Gill in person, who was not only incredibly kind but also very professional - walking me through every element of the storage agreement and made the experience very pleasant.
The facility itself is also exceptional with great access and security. Overall I cannot recommend Big Yellow Edinburgh enough!

Super nice and helpful staff! I was stuck in traffic and arrived shortly before closing time, but Gill was relaxed and calm and I managed to get everything stored quickly.
The facilities are excellent. I can highly recommend it.
Easy to reach by bus as well.
