Shurgard Self Storage - Gillingham

I rented a unit from Shurgard. The member of staff who helped me went above and beyond showed me the unit before I rented it to make sure it was the correct size. Thank you all for your help and I 💯% recommend. Cheap at half the price.

Positive experience: had to move house in emergency and this storage was very helpful no hassle of filling up countless amount of paperwork they do it for you and first 8 weeks (2 months) it’s discounted price storage so make sure after this you take your stuff or you will be double charged but that’s your responsibility. Appreciate the staff always helpful easy walk in and out lefty of parking and big lift and free trolley to help bring stuff in and out very happy with their service and prices highly recommend last minute storage

The team at Gillingham are absolutely fantastic especially Kate and Melissa. They are a credit to the company. The place is always clean and tidy and lots of parking.

I needed a 50sq foot storage unit and tried all the local companies. They all promised they could price match with Shurgard however after sending the quote, they told me they couldn't get anywhere near the Shurgard quotes. I ended up going with Shurgard and the price is real. First visit was just before closing time on a Thursday but this was no issue, the staff member showed me to the unit, showed me how everything works, answered questions, was very helpful.
