Kangaroo Self Storage - Glasgow

I phoned several companies regarding my storage needs and narrowed it down to two. Both offering much the same thing. I ended up choosing Kangaroo Storage facility in Shettleston, Glasgow as all staff I interacted with were just amazing! They were so cheerful on the telephone, helpful, informative but not pushy. Always happy to answer my questions, nothing was any bother. I checked into the facility today and was greeted so warmly by two lovely ladies on reception. One of the ladies whose name I learned was Carolann, talked me through all aspects of the paperwork and showed me the unit. She made sure I was happy with everything and was just a joy to deal with. The other lady, Claire, was just lovely too. What a difference it makes to encounter staff who really care about their customers and obviously who have a pride in their job. The facility was just what I needed and as advised by the staff, the correct size. Great price too. All in all, I can't praise Kangaroo Storage highly enough.

Moved into a 50sq feet unit at their Glasgow branch this week. Manager Claire sorted everything out quickly and efficiently. Great service and very friendly. Units are clean and in a secure and weatherproof building with 24/7 access. Great experience and we would happily recommend.

Kangaroo Self Storage in Glasgow are great for storage spaces of a number of sizes. I current rent a 100 square feet unit and I am very happy with the space and security afforded to me. Claire and Carolann who work in the office on site are friendly and helpful and worked out a rate for me after exploring the various options Kangaroo have available to suit my needs. The staff are very attentive as the one issue I raised with them was resolved within a day. The value is excellent at Kangaroo Storage and they really make you feel like they value your custom. Based of my experience I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kangaroo Self Storage in Glasgow.

Flawless service from Kangaroo! From the telephone advisors to meeting the local team. The team—especially Carolann, Eva, and Euan—were friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Reserving was just £10, with clear pricing and insurance included. The local team quickly sorted all documentation so move-in was smooth. Even when we changed unit size, they made it easy. So glad we chose Kangaroo! Again, we can't thank Carolann, Eva and Euan enough for what could have been "very" stressful.

I visited kangaroo storage in Glasgow looking for storage on behalf of my mother in law who has mobility issues. Claire was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding access to ground floor storage units and no trying to sell me something that was unsuitable but gave clear pricing information for what we require. I was shown 2 different rooms and discussed what we needed to store. Thank you for taking the time to explain everything. Excellent customer service.
