I have had a vault at Bishopbriggs for 1 year. The staff I dealt with, Sarah, Michael, and Bailey, have always been polite, friendly and efficient. The Bishopbriggs Storage Vault is 24/7 and has always been easy to use. There was always a feeling of safety and security. I would have no hesitation in using it again.

Excellent customer service from Storage Vault Bishopbriggs. Of particular note Kenneth in the front office. Always smiling and so friendly and helpful. A true asset to the company. Very helpful on first contact with helping me choose the right unit for my needs. On subsequent visits always a friendly and cheery. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Storage Vault and Kenneth.

Pass this place all the time going to work so thought I'd pop in and ask about getting a unit to rent. Kenny who manages the place was so helpful and talked me through the process of what is entailed in renting out some storage. Kenny was so polite and his customer service skills are up there with the best I've come across....and to be dairy to hin he seemed like a really nice guy too. He made it all so easy that I ended up renting the biggest unit they do! You won't be disappointed here👍
