They helped me choose a locker suitable for my needs at the time, then after thinking I would only be in for 6 months, 1 year later I have upped the size and will continue to use this site. I only rented a unit for a month as I needed somewhere central to deliver a new kitchen, but I couldn't have wished for a more helpful service from Lisa & Rachel. Trying to get a big, expensive delivery safely deposited over 2 hours drive from your home is stressful enough, without factoring in poor communications from a kitchens company. However, Lisa & Rachel were absolute lifesavers. They worked late one Friday to rectify an issue with collecting my payment and setting up my unit, they put on a padlock for me, they kept an eye out for a FedEx driver who hadn't been given any delivery details – in short, they were just fantastic in going above and beyond every time. Thank you so much, ladies!

As a company based within the Workspaces at Cambuslang, we have always found the staff to be welcoming and professional. We really appreciated how easily they deal with issues that arise and both Rachel & Lisa will regularly go above and beyond. The works units are kept in clean & tidy condition.
