Absolutely amazing customer service from Neil, Terry and Mo at Big Yellow. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always able to assist me when I was little overwhelmed with such a big move. I always felt Incredibly well supported and assured my belongings were safe and secure. A very huge thank you to you guys for your professionalism and friendliness every time I came in. Really enjoyed our experience with Big Yellow Self Storage and the staff were so helpful and kind. We were in a bind when our completion date fell through at the last minute and the staff here were very helpful in not only securing us a storage unit but directed our movers (at our request) when they arrived to the storage facility before us, saving us hundreds in the process. The storage building itself is really nice, secure, and put my mind at ease during a stressful move. Would highly recommend and use them again if ever we have storage needs in the future.

The Gloucester Big Yellow Storage staff are always very helpfull with any queries we have, updating door security. They have donated 3 Storage Rooms for our not for profit educational project WORS-War Out Reach in Schools. Including Uniforms, Model Diarams, Clothing for Homeless Veterans. We are very happy with the security and temperature controled spaces especially for our uniforms and homeless clothing. Thank you for all your support.

As Happy Handbag I would thoroughly recommend Big Yellow Storage Gloucester. I run a small charitable cause which receives invaluable support from Big Yellow with the use of a small storage unit. Without my Big Yellow Gloucester ‘friends’ I wouldn’t be able to give to Service Providers the filled handbags/bags to give to people in times of crisis. The storage unit contains handbags waiting to be filled and other items. The team in Gloucester are so helpful and friendly. I don’t know what I would do without them!
