The highlight of my experience? The brilliant customer service from **Mo**, one of the sales assistants there. From the moment I walked in, Mo was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to walk me through all the storage options, gave clear, honest advice, and made the whole process completely stress-free. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely seems to care about making your life easier – but Mo absolutely does. Big Yellow are lucky to have him! Now, I won’t name names, but let’s just say the last storage place I used made customer service feel like a foreign concept. You'd be more likely to get eye-rolls than answers, and their version of "secure storage" felt like stacking your things in a shed with hopes and prayers. Oh, and trying to get a straight answer about pricing? Forget it – it was like unlocking a secret level in a video game. In contrast, Big Yellow is spotless, secure, and well-managed. Used them for all my years at uni to store my items. They have always kept them safe and dry, always gave the best prices, and the people working there had nothing but my best interest in mind. They even offered me a free cuppa tea. Overall, I have really enjoyed my time at uni, and they have helped in this process.

Really enjoyed our experience with Big Yellow Self Storage and the staff were so helpful and kind. We were in a bind when our completion date fell through at the last minute and the staff here were very helpful in not only securing us a storage unit but directed our movers (at our request) when they arrived to the storage facility before us, saving us hundreds in the process. The storage building itself is really nice, secure, and put my mind at ease during a stressful move. Would highly recommend and use them again if ever we have storage needs in the future.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Neil, Terry and Mo at Big Yellow. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always able to assist me when I was little overwhelmed with such a big move. I Have dealt with Terry at Big yellow Gloucester on a number of occasions. As a company we need clean dry storage often at short notice. He always makes it easy and has everything sent over before hand so when we arrive we have no issues and waste no time in our working day. It is always a pleasure to deal with big yellow Gloucester.
