The staff here are excellent. They are friendly and helpful and it's a pleasure dealing with any of them. My company rents storage here and despite us engineers just being the bods we get excellent help from the staff here. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always remarkably chirpy even first thing on a Monday morning. The place is clean and tidy and I hope the new changes coming in don't affect the level of service that's enjoyed here. Would recommend.

Moved in this week. Simple, straightforward process booking online and receiving all details via email for moving in. Shurgard app makes access and finding units really easy. Price is very competitive compared to the quotes we had from elsewhere. Facility itself is great, lots of trolleys and multiple lifts so moving stuff in or out is way easier than I'd thought it might be. The staff are friendly, sorted out details about insurance very quickly, explained access times etc and are on hand if you need anything.
