Shurgard Self Storage - Hedge End

I cannot recommend Shurgard enough, from the moment we arrived (late just before closing) Debbie and Karen put our minds at ease, preparing all the paper work and staying as long as they could so we could move our belongings in! From then it has been nothing but a great personal service from the lovely team! Good businesses still exist!

We needed storage in between house moves so called into Shurgard at Hedge End whilst passing one day to check it all out. Jeff showed us a couple of units so we could work out what size we would need. Booking the unit and understanding our obligations was all made so easy! Later we needed to book an additional unit which was all very quickly arranged. We’ve been storing at Hedge End for about 3 months now and will be moving our possessions out mid-April to go to our new house. Our whole experience has been so positive, we can’t thank everyone at Shurgard enough for their help, guidance and patience!

My partner and I are saving for a deposit for a house and while we move back to our parents we decided to get storage as it would be easier for us. We went in to look at some units and Karen was so helpful and kind when we went in, she also reserved a unit for us while we were there. We went in to finalise all the paperwork and Jeff was just so lovely and friendly when we went in to sort it out. When we went to move in stuff on our first day Debbie was there and she was also incredibly friendly. This is 100% some of the best customer service I have ever received, really could not recommend more.

Jeff was extremely helpful & friendly to my Mum, having offered her an alternative unit at a better price. We popped in on the off chance to look at a unit on the ground floor & ended up moving there & then causing Jeff to leave late but, he didn’t seem to mind at all! I also ended up reserving a unit for myself! Good prices & would highly recommend. .

I’d like to express my gratitude to Jeff for his outstanding support at the storage facility. He was incredibly polite, helpful, and always went the extra mile. A true star employee!
