Shurgard Self Storage - Hedge End

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. After moving in to a unit that's dimensions wouldn't suit me, I spoke with Debbie who was more than happy to get me transferred to an alternative unit that would suit my needs. Clean space, good security, easy to use. Would recommend

Went in to check out the space and the lady we saw (sorry I didn't catch your name) was extremely helpful, answered all our questions. The place is clean, tidy and well maintained. Units are a good size and well priced. I would recommend.

I cannot recommend Shurgard enough, from the moment we arrived (late just before closing) Debbie and Karen put our minds at ease, preparing all the paper work and staying as long as they could so we could move our belongings in! From then it has been nothing but a great personal service from the lovely team! Good businesses still exist!

We needed storage in between house moves so called into Shurgard at Hedge End whilst passing one day to check it all out. Jeff showed us a couple of units so we could work out what size we would need. Booking the unit and understanding our obligations was all made so easy! Later we needed to book an additional unit which was all very quickly arranged. We’ve been storing at Hedge End for about 3 months now and will be moving our possessions out mid-April to go to our new house. Our whole experience has been so positive, we can’t thank everyone at Shurgard enough for their help, guidance and patience!

We had the loveliest and most welcoming service from Debbie, she is an asset to your company! The ease of renting a unit was great and just what we needed in a stressful time. We’ll be back!
