Shurgard Self Storage - Hedge End

Great service from Shurgard today . Looking for short term storage and very pleasant young lady guided me through booking via telephone . Visited store and helped by Jeff who was very knowledgeable and helpful and talked me through the details. The service today has been excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend on the professional way I have been helped . Thanks so much!

Karen was lovely - from helping us select a size of unit to setting up our contract. Every time we've gone into Shurgard, everyone has been so helpful and kind! Security looks great too so would really recommend if you need self storage :)

Jeff and the team at Hedge End are superb. My recent request to increase my unit size was dealt with extremely quickly and efficiently. They advised me of the best route forward and everything was concluded so quickly and all the time with a smile. Access with the App is great and the building is extremely clean and reassuringly secure

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. After moving in to a unit that's dimensions wouldn't suit me, I spoke with Debbie who was more than happy to get me transferred to an alternative unit that would suit my needs. Clean space, good security, easy to use. Would recommend

Didn’t get the chaps name sadly, but he was incredibly helpful. We’ve long been a customer of Lok n Store at hedge end before Shurgard recently moved into the site. Whilst we knew of the transition, it was the first time we’d visited the unit in nearly a year. Needless to say, the staff made every effort to aid us with the necessary admin and access changes. We even made a last minute change in our lock up size where they were all too happy to assist us with and invited us back the next day to allow us to complete this. 5 stars. Highly recommended service. Thank you team.
