StorageMart - High Wycombe

Storage was urgently needed as my garage door collapsed due to rot in the frame. So I received immediate service and availability of a lock up. Very Good service.

Great storage facility with decent parking bays, access and trolleys for loading / unloading. Staff were always pleasant, helpful and responsive. Belongings always felt secure at the facility, which appears well-monitored by CCTV and has multiple key code entrances at the entrance gate, delivery bays and elevators. Compared to other reputable storage facilities in the High Wycombe area, Storage Mart were also the most competitive on price in April / May 2025. However, by August my monthly rental fee on my unit increased over 10% and value coverage also increased a further £10 / month - these increases may seem small in isolation, but can add up significantly the longer your goods are in storage. Perhaps the timing of these price rises in my case was purely coincidental; alternatively, one might suspect there is some initial promotional pricing baked into the business model that only increases months later once you're signed up to a captive market. Overall though, I'd be happy to recommend Storage Mart High Wycombe as a storage facility based on the quality of the facility and service and would consider using them again. ** Bonus Tip ** - where possible, to manage your costs plan how long you actually need to rent a storage facility to avoid doing so for an indefinite period of time. It makes sense if you have a reasonable idea of when you will end your storage lease (e.g. to move into your next property). However, if you're renting a storage unit indefinitely just because it's 'convenient', then you may end up spending serious money. Sometimes you may not have a viable alternative solution, in which case so be it. This is not a criticism of Storage Mart, it's just sharing experience of myself and others renting storage sheds in the past.

I rented a second unit at StorageMart High Wycombe, and again the process was quick and easy. Many thanks Amber! The facility is in a good location in a quiet retail/business park very close to the M40, access from 0600-2200 every day, plenty of trolleys, no deposit, and good prices.

An absolute breeze to move our belongings into this Storage Mart. From the outset, staff were informative, and so helpful during a time when it can be so stressful. The access is easy…on the flat , just back in open up and grab a trolley! The unit is the perfect size for our needs, clean tidy, easy access. Only a short distance from where we have moved from…and great access time.from 6am t’il 10 pm.. bonus was the insurance was free for me until 1st Déc 2025.

young man who was at the desk was very very helpful; sorted out changing size of storage unit including a tour of the floor showing us various sizes and locations before we switched to smaller one along the corridor from the one I had used ; it was a very pleasant and professional handling of the switch...AND saved me some pennies into the bargain.
