Armadillo Self Storage - Hull

I absolutely ADORE the people that work here, this is my second year coming back as my friend and I are students and live significant distances away from Hull. Every single time I’ve interacted with anyone that works here they’ve been so friendly, super polite, incredibly patient and good at explaining things. The prices are reasonable for what it is and the fact it’s mostly self service for me personally is great. I couldn’t recommend these people more honestly, they’re all a great laugh with great personalities. The rooms are always clean, really good sizes and everyone is efficient!

First of all, I would like to thank Aled and Renate for their fantastic service with assisting me store my belongings promptly in a short period of time. They were also very helpful, supportive, and quick in responding to any inquiries I had regarding my booking, everything was very well explained. 100% recommended for a storage facility if ever required in Hull… exceptional service provided by respectful and professional individuals 💯

Renata and Victoria could not have done more to help. They were amazing both with regards my mobility issue and the fact I have a little one with me. They made the process go so smoothly and checked up along the way to make sure everything went well. Would highly recommend this company as there customer service is amazing.

Whilst looking within the Hull boundary for a storage facility i came across armadillo and after a quick visit it came quite clear I could not wish for more. I was welcomed by Victoria and Renate (hope ive spelt their names correctly) who made me feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble for them. After viewing multiple units within the establishment I finally settled on one and over the last few months it came quite apparent I wanted more space,the transition from one unit to an other was faultless. Victoria and renate who show such a professional approach to their role could not do enough for me. I could not recommended this storage facility enough. The actual facility is constantly spotless,always smells nice in all the corridors and the actual ease of use from the carpark to your unit is second to none. They have customer toilets which are always immaculate, trollys always available and a keypad entry with your own unique code.The options available in regards to the units go from a small locker size to a vast space. You will definitely find a size that suits your needs and requirements. My overall verdict is 10 out of 10, 5 stars all day long whichever scoring matrix you prefer they are definitely top scoring.The last thing I will add is, i found it quite hard to find a facility and the staff that ran it to meet my every expectation until I walked into armadillo. A massive and much appreciated thank you to Victoria and Renate.

The staff are wonderful: professional but friendly, helpful and welcoming. The place is clean, well organised and has a variety of room sizes. Moving in is made easy and unstressful: if your stuff won't fit into the room you chose, you will be provided with another. Tea/coffee water provided. Great place, highly recommend.
