Wayne and his staff were able to resolve the issues I had in a timely and respectful manner. I find that some companies stop trying once they know a customer is leaving but Wayne did his best so we would leave satisfied with their customer service.

The team was very friendly and helpful. The storage unit was very clean. The whole process was increadibly easy. Would definitely recommand!

Very helpful at Shurguard any questions I had I asked by email. The ease of the booking and before I booked the unit online I organised my own annual storage insurance via Surewise. All very good and with everything I am having to deal with after a traumatic injury the welcome I had here on arrival with my removal person Nathan of Simply Moved much warmer than I’d experienced before Wayne and Kevin made me very welcome and offered any assistance and completed paperwork a breath of fresh air. After a bad experience with another storage company the welcome and positivity by Wayne and Kevin made me affirm my decision to move my belongings here is the best thing I did. Thank you.
