StorageMart - Ipswich

Just opened a storage unit at Storage Mart Ipswich! Russell was extremely helpful and showed me various sized units. the process was seamless, I wouldn’t look anywhere else if you're interested in storing your goods safely and securely (unit in photo is 6ft x 10ft)

Russel was fantastic in helping us. we were buying a sailboat and had loads of materials shipped there in advance of taking possession of the boat. Russel kept in touch with us and regularly altered us to any issues. I would wholeheartedly recommend them!

We’ve had a really positive experience with the Ipswich branch. As treasurer of a charity, keeping costs under control is important to us, and Russell has been incredibly helpful in making sure we’re not paying for cover we don’t need and in reviewing our recent price increase. He took the time to understand our situation, updated our records promptly, and made the process of signing the revised licence straightforward and efficient. I've been with Storage Mart in Ipswich happily for some years now. I thought I would leave a review, as I had to drop in recently to discuss an accounting change (which had confused me!). Russell was extremely helpful, explained everything clearly, and provided an example of really excellent customer service!

Been using StorageMart since July 2025 and recently had to get a second unit for a month. The ease of booking online was perfect for the additional unit with the best price locked in. Dealing with Russell in the office was easy and professional. Plenty of trollies and two separate lifts make moving items around the secure building easy. Thanks again Russell for all your help.
