We’ve had a really positive experience with the Ipswich branch. As treasurer of a charity, keeping costs under control is important to us, and Russell has been incredibly helpful in making sure we’re not paying for cover we don’t need and in reviewing our recent price increase. He took the time to understand our situation, updated our records promptly, and made the process of signing the revised licence straightforward and efficient. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is both proactive and practical. Thank you, Russell, for your support and for making things so easy to resolve.

I have been renting a storage unit at Riverside Industrial Park, Ipswich Storagemart for some 10 yrs now. Throughout this time access has been easy, the building clean, the lift working and trollies available. If I have needed assistance with anything Russell has been there in the office to provide it. He is both efficient and personable and an asset to the company. Thank you Russell!

Russell at Ipswich StorageMart was really friendly and helpful. From the initial call to arriving on site, he listened to what I needed and didn't try to sell me a bigger unit. After seeing the unit I originally booked and realising it was too small, he upgraded it to the perfect size in an ideal location near an entrance and goods lift. The process was seamless. It made my move a lot less stressful.
