As treasurer of a charity, keeping costs under control is important to us, and Russell has been incredibly helpful in making sure we’re not paying for cover we don’t need and in reviewing our recent price increase. He took the time to understand our situation, updated our records promptly, and made the process of signing the revised licence straightforward and efficient. Russell at Ipswich StorageMart was really friendly and helpful. From the initial call to arriving on site, he listened to what I needed and didn't try to sell me a bigger unit. After seeing the unit I originally booked and realising it was too small, he upgraded it to the perfect size in an ideal location near an entrance and goods lift. The process was seamless. It made my move a lot less stressful.
