The lady who helped us, Marianne, was so incredibly kind and helpful. She helped us through the process of getting a storage unit, and made us both feel incredibly comfortable and welcome throughout. Thank you, Marianne, you showed impeccable customer service.

Good and clean locker with ample space. Lockers can be secured with password locks. There are huge trolleys to carry things to your locker. Moreover, the staffs help you throughout the process. Overall satisfied with the experience.

Easy site to negotiate on the Internet. Spoke on phone and explained thoroughly. On arrival in reception the staff were friendly and paperwork was thorough. Very impressed. Unit was clean, safe to use and security was impressive. All in all, so far, a good comfortable experience.

Really easy process to setup and for making multiple visits. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Just make sure you give a week notice before leaving.

I've used Big Yellow for business storage now for over a year. Marianne, Simon & co are all really friendly and helpful. Storage prices can be a little more than some other competitors but I do think you get what you pay for. It's a secure, enclosed building. Good location, well lit and I never feel unsafe here - whereas I have at another I went to visit. The staff are all in the office to the front of the building and monitor comings and goings. The corridors are plenty wide enough and there are plenty of trolleys to use. There is also a customer toilet for if you need to spend longer periods down there. Rooms are alarmed so you know your goods are secure. Only open business hours however you can pay to get extended hours access - which is a huge bonus for me.
