Even when the place was closed, he allowed us to stay and ensured we had the support we needed during a difficult time. Absolutely brilliant. We used the storage unit for our house move the team were so helpful and amazing. Ravi helped us on our first arrival with some of our items which we thought was very kind and also kept us informed with curtesy calls on our vacate day. Also Iain has been really helpful mentioned digital access and what it looked like when they first built the centre so great to hear he’s been working for the company for some time.
