Armadillo Self Storage - Liverpool Bootle

First the pros: 1) it is very secure. Everywhere is covered by CCTV and everyone has their own 9-digit access code to the storage area. 2) everywhere is spotlessly clean and tidy. 3) the first 8 weeks are half price. 4) the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. We have dealt mainly with the assistant manager, Richard. Nothing has been too much trouble. We couldn't have asked for better service. Now the cons: Absolutely nothing!

We have done numerous moves into and out of Armadillo Storage, Stanley Road over the past few years and we have always had a great experience while being there. The team are polite, cheery and helpful and we genuinely look forward to doing jobs at this particular facility as we’re always made to feel very welcome.

Very happy with the time I had stuff stored here, reasonably priced and extremely secure. Easy and simple to come and go and a good sized lift and trolleys means you can move large amounts of stuff no problem! Staff on the front desk are very friendly and knowledgeable, the geezer on the desk when I closed my account, I'm sorry I didn't get your name, very kindly disposed of one thing I couldn't fit into my car and saved me a 45 minute trip for the sake of a box! Very kind, thanks guys, would recommend.

A really pleasant experience with a super friendly and helpful staff members as well as being quick with the process making it ideal with the storage rooms being clean and easy to move arround

Great storage , staff always very happy and of a happy demure especially Roxy and Richard however, on this occasion things haven’t gone as well as before. Been waiting just on 4 weeks for my refund. I was told to leave it until today to contact them yet again but sadly to no avail. I’m now told the cheque will have to be cancelled and re booked were I won’t receive it until around 9th February, must be coming by snail😙 apparently it was sent out on 19th December, luckily I’m not waiting on it but some people might, please bear in mind armadillo !!
