Kangaroo Self Storage - Liverpool

I store my stuff here during holidays for uni and staff are always so friendly and helpful- making sure everything is explained and clear! They made this process extremely easy for me especially when i was stressed about having to move out in the summer with nowhere for my stuff to go!! Will definitely be using Kangaroo the rest of my time at uni. (A cheaper option to the other storage depots!)

Booked here because the explanation on the website of the space needed was the clearest. Prices were broadly consistent with others, perhaps a little cheaper, but insurance included. (Not a huge amount of cover but enough for us). Booking was easy, comms were good. When we arrived on the day, the woman on the desk (I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name) could not have been nicer or more helpful. The space was perfect for our needs and everything looked clean and secure. Going back to collect our things was equally straightforward and a different staff member equally friendly and helpful. We would definitely use this storage again.

2nd time used for a house move, The staff are all amazing,very helpful, nothing is any trouble, we had 2 units which were great, didn't have any issues parking, free access at all times, very easy process, good competitive rates, special thanks to Vicky + Seany for all their help. .

Would definitely recommend. Victoria who helped with my check in (and prior) was so helpful, friendly and explained everything so clearly. She displayed the utmost professionalism and would apologise for keeping me waiting even though there were a few customers and she was on her own. Could not fault her or the service received

Staff we're so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. All details we're explained and transparent, no hidden costs. Unit itself is safe, secure, well lit and clean. It's easily accessible with all lifting equipment provided.
