We needed a storage space quickly
and we popped in by on the off chance of finding something. Had looked st several other competitors that day, but the fantastic onsite team were helpful and so friendly, we took a unit immediately. The price was fantastic and the 3 month discount was even better. The only downside of this storage facility is the operating hours, which could be extended slightly to accommodate those who work or just have 1 day a week where the opening hours extend to 7pm.

Their service is great, they are very accommodating. Despite some mistakes in the booking and some problems during the check-in, Erica handled it really well and made sure my check-in was smooth. I could really tell she tried her best and I could feel her genuine care. Thank you so much Erica for today :)

I had a fantastic experience at Access Self Storage in Bermondsey. The staff are so helpful and welcoming! James was exceptionally kind and helpful on my move in day - when it did not go to plan! Erica also remembered me when I came in because she’d booked me in on the phone. The whole thing was effortless - they both made the stress of moving so much easier. Thank you both!

James was fantastic. The company is surprisingly compassionate and doesn’t try to catch you out - they even offered to pay me back for days i hadn’t used
