Their service is great, they are very accommodating. Despite some mistakes in the booking and some problems during the check-in, Erica handled it really well and made sure my check-in was smooth. I had a fantastic experience at Access Self Storage in Bermondsey. The staff are so helpful and welcoming! James was exceptionally kind and helpful on my move in day - when it did not go to plan! Erica also remembered me when I came in because she’d booked me in on the phone. The whole thing was effortless - they both made the stress of moving so much easier. Thank you both!

Was really impressed with the storage. The member of staff called James was super friendly and helpful, he even remembered us when we came back to collect our stuff. The price was great too, really affordable compared to the other storage companies!
