Dorothy, Carlos, Sandy and Bryan, the best team on the planet. Super helpful, super friendly and made my move much less stressful. First class. I hope the owners of Access see this and understand what the people on the ground are doing. Thoroughly recommended.

They are the best!! I have an unexpected extra large delivery from IKEA and I couldn’t take it home in my own. I asked a lovely lady called Sandy if I could borrow please one of the large trolleys from the ACCESS Storage and she helped me without questions!!! She opened the door for me and let me borrow it. And when I offered her a coffee in exchange for her nice gesture, she said it was nothing! Thank Sandy and team! You saved my day!

Dorothy at Islington Access storage was amazing! She made us feel very at ease and she was so kind to even offer to wait with our stuff while we get coffees that we needed so bad after a whole day of moving, she even asked to make us cuppas herself 🥹🥹🥹🫶🫶🫶 she was an absolute delight after such stressful few days organising the move 🙏🙏🙏 thank you so much Dorothy! :)))

Very good choice of storage. Left all my things in here for 4 months, great location, staff was always super helpful, responded immediately, especially Carlos who helped me open and close my contract with them :)

Great facilities, located in the heart of Hackney. Access is super easy. Staff is very professional, especially Dorothy who was really really helpful and accommodating when we asked to change our unit.
