Service: Sonnie was incredibly helpful right from the start, asking the right questions and helping me right size the storage space I’d require. He provided me with a fantastic deal & ran me through the options, was flexible to all my questions and gave an extreamly warm welcome on arrival. After such a stressful move he was kind and provided 5* customer service. His colleague in reception Kapil was on hand to help with the welcome and brief check in issues we had also, a 5* duo.
Functionally: very efficient loading and unloading system. Lift & trolleys for rapid use, and all the extra equipment you’d ever need in the reception area for purchase.

I had an outstanding experience with Attic Self Storage, thanks to the incredible service provided by Sonnie and Karl. From the moment I walked in, they were both warm, professional, and extremely helpful. Sonnie took the time to explain all the storage options clearly and made sure I got exactly what I needed, while Karl was efficient and courteous throughout the entire process.

Unclear Contract Terms, But Good Resolution from Management
I had a frustrating experience with Attic Storage Bow due to unclear communication about their rolling contract and 4-week notice policy. I had clearly stated I only needed storage for two months, but when I extended by just two days, I was told I’d be charged for a full extra month — something that was never made clear upfront.
That said, after posting my review, the store manager personally reached out and resolved the issue fairly by adjusting the end date and waiving the extra charge. I appreciate their effort to make things right.
The staff are friendly, and in the end, management did act to correct the situation — but I recommend getting all terms confirmed to avoid surprises.
The storage unit itself is good and conveniently located

100% recommend. Get all the information and quotes you need quickly. Initial set up is smooth and easy while also being secure (you take your actual ID in the first time). Unit is well sized. Sonnie and Karl were VERY nice. They offer you water, there's a toilet. You can wait in the air conditioned reception. There are lifts and trolleys available to help you move your things. They have everything you could possibly need.

Popped in to Attic today. Had a great service from Kapil and Sonnie who helped us out with our moving and storage needs and gave us a fantastic managers discount. Highly recommended.
