I arrived 20 minutes before reception closed with a van full of my stuff as part of a house move after another self storage place told me they had broken lifts after I'd already set off and moved out.
Karl at reception was an immense help and turned a move from hell into a smooth operation. He got me through the entire rental process incredibly smoothly, ensuring I was happy with the space and that it suited my needs - even though these extra checks meant he left work later than planned.
Karl was incredibly kind and professional. At the time I was incredibly stressed and he made the entire process completely stress free, and saved me from having to store the rental van in a car park until next weekend when I was next free.

I've been coming to this storage place in Bow to buy shrink wrap and bubble wrap for my business every week and I'm mostly served by a guy called Daniel.. this guy is very professional in attending to customers... He is very humble. And takes time to listen.. he even offers sometimes to help me carry my stuff to the van. The other staff are also fantastic...

Customer service here is great, all of the staff members we have come across have been kind considerate and informative. Particular positive praise goes to Daniel and Omayr who greeted us with smiles on our first visit! Daniel was out consultant and was so welcoming. He listened to our specifications and found the best unit for our needs and price range (it's good they don't force you into anything with hidden costs here!)
On move-in day we were surprised the customer service was great again staff here are soo helpful and kind. Super grateful for Kapil who made sure we knew how to access everything and directed us to where we could get refreshments as we were so tired by the end of the day! Honestly all the guys here are welcoming and have created a great environment that feels safe for us to use (added bonus it's accessible 24 hours)!
